Online, no one has ever heard of Kali-who-lives-in-London-and-works-at-a-magazine-shop. They just know @madebyk, the enigmatic genius who makes the hottest, horniest edits of the biggest heartthrobs ever.

A new play by Arianna Muñoz, #EDIT is a hilarious, chronically online exploration of the intersections of race, sexuality, and fandom.

Online, Kali is @madebyk, the creator behind the internet’s most viral videos of #whiteboysofthemonth. In real life? She’s a struggling artist, working a dead-end job with her best friend, Alex. But when a night out takes an unexpected turn, Kali is forced to reckon with her suppressed sexuality, grappling with being a queer woman of colour in a world of compulsory heteronormativity, online and off.

An explosive hyperpop play oozing with the ironic and playful energy of online fandom, #EDIT is, ultimately, a play for *ੈ✩‧₊˚the girls*ੈ✩‧₊˚.
