‘‘Who murdered Straight Sam?!’’
Queer AF, written and performed by Rah Ford, is a murder mystery musical comedy about the journey towards celebrating being queer.
Queer Sam and Detective Sam set out to solve the murder of Straight Sam. With musical numbers and a murder board, their hopes of solving this case are high. Until they start looking into motives.
‘‘These investigations are never easy. The more you find, the messier it gets.’’
Their digging around leads them to exploring themes of religion, getting outed and gatekeeping within the LGBTQIA+ community. With the help of the audience, can they figure out who did it?
Directed by Annalena Lipinski, this one-person show takes the audience on a ride, leaving them gayer than when they first came in.
